Grade Pack: Music Fun Book 3a and Music Fun Book 3b

This Grade Pack comprises the two titles, Music Fun Book 3a and Music Fun Book 3b. Together, these two music theory workbooks take your young pupils through all the material the ABRSM require to meet their Grade 3 music theory syllabus. Whilst Music Fun Book 3a recaps on Grade 2 material books 3a and 3b do presume the child has a musical understanding to at least Grade 2 level. (Grade 2 material is covered in our books Music Fun Book 2a and Music Fun Book 2b). We’re sure you’ll agree with us that, even if young pupils are not going to be sitting the AB theory examinations, it is far better to introduce music theory early on in a child’s lessons. With this approach music theory will just become a second natural language to them and a year or two down the track it won’t become the daunting issue that to many who only take up theory from about Grade 4 onwards it is.
