Practice – breeze or battle?

A child’s progress is more assured if the learning process is a three way partnership: teacher, pupil and parent, with the pupil in the middle. These books will help to promote that premise.

Weekly Practice Notebook - allows for a structured and guided approach to regular practice.

  • space for list of tasks;  tick off daily practice
  • manuscript and area for pupil, parent or teacher to add further comments or questions

My Child Won’t Practise! - a little booklet a teacher can give to parents: ideal for that very first meeting when expectations and terms are discussed.

  • suggestions on how best to structure home practice for maximum benefit with a variety of fun techniques and activities
  • basic introduction to musical notation;  a guide to music listening
